What is Family Underwriting?
Family Underwriting is one of the ways we raise money for our PTA Budget. Every year we hold a Long Range Planning meeting to discuss with teachers and parents the items most important to them. After the meeting, our Long Range Planning Committee formulates our Long Range Planning Survey. Based on the results of the survey, we create our PTA Budget. We want to fund as many of those items as possible, so our goal is to have 100% participation in our Family Underwriting Campaign this year. Many people seem to associate the word “underwriting” with large sums of money. NOT TRUE! Every dollar counts! Please consider investing in our children this year and show your support for our Wildcats!
