Wilchester Registration 

All necessary registration forms can be completed online in advance of registering the student at his/her attendance area school. (NOTE: A parent or legal guardian must be present to enroll a student less than 18 years old.)

To complete forms online go to https://www.springbranchisd.com/studentsfamilies/back-to-school/registration.  You will need an Internet-ready browser, email address and phone number.

For returning students, verify at https://www.springbranchisd.com/studentsfamilies/back-to-school/registration.

After registering online, submit required documents (listed below) at the student’s attendance-area

Documents presented at the registration:

• Immunization record certified by a doctor or public health official
• Transcript or report card from the last school attended if applicable
• Birth certificate or other document suitable as proof of a child's identity
• Proof of residency is required upon enrollment.  Recently paid utility receipt with correct name and address, current lease agreement or mortgage payment book, the most recent tax receipt indicating home ownership 
• Social Security if entered on registration application
• Parent or legal guardian ID copy

Online registration for new students ends May 1.

Online registration for returning students begins in May and must be completed by August 1st (verification for returning students).
