Treasurer Information
Please read the Treasurer Guidelines prior to making purchases on behalf of the PTA.
Please complete the Check Reimbursement Request to request reimbursement for PTA expenses (include all receipts and other documentation). Complete the Check Deposit form when depositing checks to the PTA account.
Please remember, the PTA cannot reimburse sales tax, so please give all vendors the Tax Exempt form to avoid being charged sales tax when you make a purchase.
